We want you to love your Vile Methods gear! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.
We accept returns and refunds only for:
Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
Incorrect items received
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered)
Slight color variations due to screen differences
Wear and tear from regular use
Email support@vilemethods.com within 30 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Do NOT return items to us directly. All returns are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
If you attempt to return an order without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
