Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Commitment

Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We continually strive to improve our delivery process to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

1. Shipping Methods & Locations

• United States: Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS.

• International Orders: Orders outside the U.S. are shipped from our global fulfillment network, which may include warehouses in the U.S., Europe, or other regions, depending on availability.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays). Below are the estimated delivery windows:

• Processing Time: Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping within the U.S. and 2–5 business daysfor international orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact support@vilemethods.com.

• For international shipments, tracking updates may take longer to reflect.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not covered by Vile Methods.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations before ordering.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

• If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.

• Vile Methods is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. Address Issues & Reshipping

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

• If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@vilemethods.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

If you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@vilemethods.com within 14 days of receiving the item. 

After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;

In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@vilemethods.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.

If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;

Your order does not arrive due to an exceptional circumstance(s) beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:

1. In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at support@vilemethods.com and include the evidence if required;

2. After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused.
